We provide standard-compliant temperature-controlled transportation services.
We offer transportation services using refrigerated vehicles of various types: 4-wheel, 6-wheel, and 10-wheel trucks, ensuring efficient delivery of goods. Our delivery trucks are equipped with GPS tracking systems, allowing for easy monitoring of transport routes and ensuring that your products reach their destination safely. We also have an efficient frozen goods transportation system to continuously support you, enabling the effective operation of your domestic business.

1. Fresh salmon and trout product line
1.1 Interior fish meat quality
1.1.1 Products with meat damage resulting from filleting, knife handling, or bone removal will not be eligible for returns.
1.1.2 We will not accept returns for fish with red bruises that are less than 1.5 centimeters in diameter. However, if the bruises are larger than that, the company will compensate for the actual weight of the unusable fish meat.
1.1.3 We do not accept returns for products with naturally occurring gaps in the meat along the fat layer, known as gapping. However, the company will compensate for the actual weight of the unusable portion of the fish.
1.1.4 For fish meat with black spots caused by melanin larger than 1.5 centimeters in diameter, the company will compensate for the actual weight of the unusable portion of the meat.
1.1.5 For fish with meat that splits lengthwise from head to tail, the company will compensate for the actual weight of the unusable portion of the meat.
Returning the fish

The company will accept the return of fish in cases where the fish meat is not fresh, has a strong odor, or is mushy. Customers must check the fish upon delivery within 24 hours or no more than 1 day.

2.2 The belly meat has a long, split wound.
2.3 The meat is mushy, with bones protruding from the belly.
2.4 The fish belly has remaining fish entrails.
*Precautions when checking the fish belly
- The fish’s belly should be opened carefully, avoiding pulling or excessive force that could cause tearing.
3.Exterior fish quality
3.1 Large wounds on the fish body larger than 1.5 centimeters will be accepted for return or considered for a discount.
3.2 Wounds on the fish head from bleeding will not be accepted for return.
3.3 Torn belly of the fish will be accepted for return.
3.4 Dark, pale gills will be accepted for return or considered for a discount.
3.5 Strong foul odor, not a natural smell, will be accepted for return.
3.6 Soft body; if the fish meat collapses and does not return to its original shape, with visible indentations, will be accepted for return.
**For every return or discount consideration, customers must provide return details in the form of photos or videos of the fish box, the weight of the fish, the fish meat, or the problematic portion, and send them back to the staff or the sales representative in charge within 24 hours or no more than 1 day.
4.The weight does not meet the specified standards.
4.1 Weight below the standard by -200 grams; for example, a fish weighing 5-6 kg will be accepted for return if its weight is below 4.8 kg or will be considered for a discount.
4.2 Weight above the standard by +200 grams; for example, a fish weighing 5-6 kg will be accepted for return if its weight is above 6.5 kg.
2. Frozen food products
2.1 Thawed frozen products that result in damage to quality and taste will be accepted for return or considered for a discount.
2.2 Frozen products that are not in their packaging or are torn will be accepted for return.
2.3 Products delivered incorrectly will be accepted for return.
2.4 If customers receive products with abnormal taste, such as being too salty or having an odor, they will be accepted for return within 48 hours or 2 business days.
