Fish Filleting Staff, 1 position

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of salmon filleting
• Oversee general operations of the filleting room
• Ensure that the filleting details match the customer orders
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Educational background: High Vocational Certificate (or higher)
• Experience in fish filleting and preparation
• Proven abilities to train team members
• Highly responsible, with a strong ability to follow tasks through and deliver work by the deadline
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure.
• Honest, hardworking, patient, and accountable for assigned tasks
