KANI MISO

Kanimiso or Japanese crab fat seasoned in a concentrated form is seasoned crab fat, creamy brown in color, creamy texture, soft and smooth on the tongue, well-rounded flavor, fragrant with crab fat aroma. It is usually put in crab shells and grilled, mixed with hot Japanese rice. Should be stored at -18 degrees Celsius, shelf life 18 months.
