ILLEX SQUID

Deep-sea squid from Argentina It’s illex squid. The color of the ink’s skin is dark, purple, and the wings are short. The flesh is not very sweet, bouncy and crisp. It should be stored at -18 degrees Celsius. The shelf life is 18 months.
