JAPANESE SOY SAUCE FOR SUSHI & SASHIMI #27

Shoyu is a Japanese soy sauce made by fermenting soybeans, wheat, and salt naturally for a suitable period of time, resulting in a soy sauce with a unique flavor and aroma. It can be used in a variety of Japanese dishes. However, “Sashimi Shoyu” is a combination of fermented soy sauce and salt and mirin to create a sweeter flavor. It is especially suitable for dipping sushi and sashimi. It should be stored in a dry, moisture-free place. Shelf life is 18 months.
