Hana Katsua Boshi, Small sheets. Bonito that has gone through the smoking process until dry. Appears as light to dark brown sheets. Has a fishy taste and aroma, which is the distinctive characteristic of bonito slices when used for cooking. Should be kept in a dry place, no moisture. Shelf life 12 months.
