Osaki crab sticks are premium crab sticks from Japan. The crab stick meat is made from minced fish and is popularly used as a sandwich filling, mixed with tamarind sauce, made into crab salad, or eaten fresh by thawing it and dipping it in soy sauce and wasabi, or deep-frying it until golden yellow and eating it as an appetizer with dipping sauces like mayonnaise. It has a fragrant crab aroma and can be eaten as a snack. Should be stored at -18 degrees Celsius. Shelf life 18 months.
