IKA OKONOMIYAKI

Squid pizza or Ika Okonomiyaki is made from dough mixed with shredded cabbage and grilled on a hot plate to form a circle. Then, it is topped with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise and sprinkled with shredded bonito flakes. It should be stored at -18 degrees Celsius. Shelf life is 18 months.
